Re-developed in 2015, the portal “Moja Energija” ( My Energy) is now even more useful tool, used for a simple and free management of energy supplies, bill payment and other aspects of doing business with Elektro Energija as the supplier of energy (electricity and natural gas).

Information is available on the portal at all times or 365/24/7. It allows for changes, orders to be made directly on the portal, as well as submit support tickets or questions and track all open items.

What does it provide?

  • Access to contracts and meter reading points with one username and password
  • Submission of meter readings for electricity and natural gas usage and bill payments in accordance to the actual use
  • Set the alerts for meter reading submission and other alerts (eg. Contract expiration)
  • Simplified and expedited ordering of service supply for electricity or natural gas
  • Access to technical details of meter reading points
  • Editing of customer information (owner, payer, reading point address etc.)
  • Selection of payment methods and SEPA auto-pay setup
  • Possibility to invite family members and other interested parties to use and share the portal My Energy and share the data and information with them.


The portal is completely integrated with the Elektro Energija back-end systems, like

  • CRM,
  • accounting and billing
  • other.

All with the purpose of providing an un-interrupted service as well as a possibility for the users (both customers and the company employees) to access service information at any time.
