Experienced business analyst - project manager of software development

We are inviting a specialist for new challenges in information software solutions development with at least 3 years of experience

Do you have at least 3 years of experience in project management of information software development and IT solutions on different levels?

We are seeking a project manager (m/f) who is experienced, resourceful, organized, with self-initiative, communicative and ambitious, who enjoys the endless challenges of new web projects and new technology.

Looking for a team leader, who:

can identify the needs of the customers in automatization and optimization of work processes and solutions implementation
has excellent people skills,
is organized and meticulous with self-initiative
is at home with multi-tasking, prioritizing and quick decision-making,
has high standards for the quality of work
is versed with modern technologies and is using them in daily work and communication,
has experience with projects in software development and complete IT solutions on all levels (development, integration, testing etc.).

It is a team work at two locations in Slovenia and with diverse clients from all over the world, so we expect that:

you have at least 3 years of experience with managing of web projects on all levels
you are fluent in at least one foreign language (English / German) – speaking and writing,
you have an university degree (or are near completion)
have your own transportation (vehicle).

Your responsibilities... :

Project documentation preparation (bids/offers, contracts, minutes, specifications, presentations, etc.)
Analisys of needs and requirements of customer's existingIT environment
Projecting solutions for support of optimization processes
Direct communication with clients and team members within the company executing the project
Coordination and supervision of all project's team members
Project realization within agreed timeframe and cost structure (KPI)
Weekly reporting and project progress analysis
Finding new opportunities in the area of digital world presence
Maintaining support and future development of the projects after completion

We expect you to implement your knowledge and good practicess to your new job, which you certainly have with your experience from other similar projects.

Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in project management and with extensive knowledge of web environment will be given a priority.
